Tatiana Pasquel Garcia holds a MSc in Environmental Sciences, Policy & Management from Lund University, The University of Manchester and Central European University. Tatiana also holds a Law degree and has advised public and private organisations in energy and environmental regulation, performed environmental impact assessments for green field energy projects and developed stakeholder engagement strategies. In south east Europe, she has collaborated with UNECE in a project involving trans-boundary river basin management and stakeholder engagement. Later on, she teamed up with Statkraft AS in Oslo, where she took part in a project regarding cost projection models for wind onshore, solar PV and CCGT technologies. In 2015, she joined the VITO/EnergyVille as a Business Developer . At VITO/EnergyVille, Tatiana is responsible for analysing market trends, identifying new opportunities, developing a strategy for business development (national and international), drawing up proposals and budgeting, regular contact with public authorities - in the fields of energy policy, energy modelling, ecodesign, smart cities & sustainable materials for buildings
