Energy Revolution Europe

Energy Revolution implies a more flexible grid. New tech to tuckle that challenge has been developed and is continuously under development. The new role of TSOs and DSOs and their relationship with aggregation is focused on. From microgrid experiences to upcoming virtual power plants and from prosumers and aggregators to large scale renewables or conventional generators living together in the same ecosystem Energy Revolution represents a natural link with the existing focus on renewable integration and energy storage. The focus on innovation and flexibility shedding light on the renewable energy sources of the future will play a prominent role in the track.

Success story Case: How to optimize and valorize the energy flexibility in three-steps ?

The increase of renewables during the last few years has changed the energy market landscape and consumer behavior. The supply-demand balance in the electricity grid becomes increasingly challenging to achieve.  It has several consequences on the electricity system and the electricity prices. Higher price volatitlity, transition from centralized approach to a new energy system based on decentralized units combined with the digitalization and increasing data availability creates a real opportunity for market and industrial players. By leveraging the energy flexibility and capturing the value of the available data, N-SIDE helps the market players and industrial sites to consume or produce in a smarter way.
