Energy Revolution implies a more flexible grid. New tech to tuckle that challenge has been developed and is continuously under development. The new role of TSOs and DSOs and their relationship with aggregation is focused on. From microgrid experiences to upcoming virtual power plants and from prosumers and aggregators to large scale renewables or conventional generators living together in the same ecosystem Energy Revolution represents a natural link with the existing focus on renewable integration and energy storage. The focus on innovation and flexibility shedding light on the renewable energy sources of the future will play a prominent role in the track.

The Parker Project – Grid Integrated Electric Vehicles

In the Parker project, The technical University and Its partners cooperate with vehicle and charging spot manufactures to ensure that contemporary electric vehicles can contribute to a stable and economical power system based on renewable energy. The OEM partners include car brands Nissan, Peugeot, Citroën and Mitsubishi. The presentation will describe the project and provide a status on how system services are currently demonstrated using series-produced electric vehicles supporting vehicle-to-grid (V2G).
